The swimsuit feels really sturdy and has held its shape well after a few pool sessions, which I’m happy about. I was just expecting the care or sizing instructions to be a bit clearer, but overall it seems like good quality swim gear

"Helpful support, but the wait was frustrating"
I had to reach out to customer service because an update was missing from my order. They did eventually get back to me and fixed the issue, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. But the waiting was frustrating, especially since I just wanted a simple update. I’d probably use them again, but I really hope their support is faster next time

I was just looking for some basic swim stuff and wasn’t expecting much, but then I saw the prices and was like, okay, why is this actually good? Everything was cheaper than most places I checked, and I’m happy with what I ended up getting

"Sizing worked out really well for me"
I ordered a swimsuit from simplyswim.com and, i was expecting the sizing to be a bit of a guess like it usually is online. I was stuck between two sizes, but after looking at the size guide and kind of convincing myself my usual size made the most sense, I just went with that.
It actually fit really nicely, which was a relief. Not too tight, no weird loose bits, and it just felt right straight away. Maybe I got lucky, but the guide definitely helped, so I’d be happy to order from them again

"Quick and easy, as usual"
It’s been totally fine. Like, very calm and uneventful in the best way. My orders always show up on time, nothing weird has happened, and I haven’t had to chase anyone down about issues. So yeah, no complaints here
